As a young man, Kanhaiyalal Manekalal Munshi was imbued with a sense of Indian’s greatness. Not yet our of his teens, he learned from his mother’s songs and stories about the sages and seers of India’s past. The heritage that these master-spirits represented was ingrained in the young Munshi deeply; and later this incipient perception received an adult dimension.

  1. Brigadier M K Rao was born on 14 Sep 1914. He did his early schooling in erstwhile Madras Presidency, moving from place to place along with his father who worked in PWD under the British Administration.

  • Nov 1937, B.Sc (Hons), from Annamalai University
  • Nov 1939, Master of arts, Annamalai University.
  • He completed his Master in 1939 and went to England to acquire his Engineer degree from University of London
  1. In 1939 he was sent to England by his father for further studies. In England, he acquired
  • 1939, Associate Engineer of City & Guides, London Institute.
  • July 1939, B.Sc (Engineering), from University of London
  • July 1941, Member of Institute of Radio Engineers, England

Sri.D.PRABHAKAR RAO

Awards:

1.Recipient of CBIP Award  – 2017 from Central Board of Irrigation & Power, New Delhi for the outstanding contribution made to Transmission sector.

2.Recipient of India Power Award, Finance and Revenue Management 2013 from National Council of Power Utilities for the valuable contribution made to Energy Sector.

3.Recipient of “Excellence in Accountancy and Finance” award by Institute of Practical Accountancy, Hyderabad on 08.10.2010.

4.Member of the Indian Delegation to the World Bank at Washington DC (USA) for 1 Billion $ loan sanctioned to APSEB (1999).

AIR COMMODORE JLN SASTRY (RETD.) VSM

He was commissioned on 26th Jan 1950 and retired in August 1982. He passed B.Sc and M.Sc from the Royal Institute of Science, Bombay.  He passed M.Sc in 1948 and joined Indian Air Force (IAF) in Administration Branch in 1949.

In 1967 he served as Wing Commander at Air Headquarters, where he was responsible for a broad spectrum of subjects such as  recruitment, training etc. of the airmen. He displayed great diligence & insight and achieved a high degree of efficiency in various aspects of the administration of airmen.

He displayed qualities of exceptional devotion to duty & willingness to work under conditions of stress, regardless of personal convenience. He rendered distinguished service of a huge order for which he was rightly awarded the VSM (Vishisht Seva Medal) in 1972.

GP CAPT D. RAMANAIAH (RETD)

Educational Qualification B.E. Mechanical Engineering (First Division) in 1960 from Andhra University.

1. Served in Indian Air Force upto 1988.

2. Professional training courses on Repair/ overhaul of Aero Engines at USSR – on Russian Air Craft/ Aero Engines, NC Machine Tools at CMTI Bangalore, Production Management at ASCI Hyderabad and Human Resources Development at NITIE Bombay.

3. Important assignments carried out as Chief Engineering Officer, Air Force Station, Hakimpet, Group Head Production in R & D,Managing Director of M/s. Venkatesa Granites Pvt. LTd., Director for Gold Won Textiles Ltd., Vice President of AFOCHS, Vayupuri.

SMT. VINITHA SURESH

Mrs.Vinitha Suresh is an experienced educator with over three decades of teaching and administrative experience almost entirely at Bhavan’s Ramakrishna Vidyalaya, held various designations including Coordinator, In- charge and Head Mistress.

Mrs.Vinitha did her Bachelor of Science and Education (4 year integrated) from Regional Institute of Education, Mysore in 1993 and Master of Arts (English) from Osmania University, Hyderabad in 1995-97.

As primary In charge for many years and later as Head Mistress, developed and implemented teaching programs that catered to the social, academic, and cognitive development of young students. Mentored and coached teachers, provided guidance and support in implementing best practices.
